Here is how it works
- Monthly one-to-one coaching call with Clodagh to work on your agency goals and keep you accountable to achieving them.
- Together we will select 2 to 3 areas for you to focus on in your business from People, Strategy, Growth, Services, Sales & Marketing. Each call will be documented and you will have clear action steps and templates/examples to take away for implementation the following month.
- I will also work with nominated members of your management team to help them achieve their professional goals in line with their roles in the agency
- Monthly Mastermind Call with Agency Owners who are going through similar challenges with you we will discuss topics live on the call which will be recorded if you cannot attend in person.
- On the call our Growit Mastermind members discuss challenges in their agency they would like to brainstorm and get advice on from other people who have been through similar experiences. We have a cone of silence policy - what is discussed on the call stays on the call :)
- Private Slack & Email Channel to ask Growit Group Advisory team questions during the month.
- You will be given login to the Growit Circle Slack channel and ask for help from the other members of the Growit community and our advisory team.

Each month you will be invited to our Growit Circle Live Training call that I will personally host.
